Shipping and Refund Policy
Delivery Time
The delivery time for shipping varies depending on the number of outstanding orders.
Normally, it takes about 2 weeks for shipment, but please note that it may take a few more weeks when orders are concentrated.
Order Cancellation
In principle, we do not accept order cancellations at the customer's convenience, but we may accept cancellations in some cases.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by email with your order number.
Returns (Refund) and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will be accepted only if you contact us within 6 days of receiving the product and meet the following conditions:
- (For mousepad products) If there is a physical problem with the mouse gliding, such as a tear on the sliding surface or unevenness due to foreign matter.
- (For products other than mousepads) If the product cannot be used normally due to damage to the main body.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for unraveling of seams, slight differences in color, or inability to use the product due to tracking errors caused by your mouse.
If you wish to return or exchange a product due to an incorrect order, please contact us within 6 days of receiving the product. Exchanges will be accepted only if the product is unopened.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
