EMS: Optimized EU Shipping & Duty related fees
EMS (Sagawa Global Post) is back on the menu!
This option offers a potentially cheaper shipping fee especially for smaller purchases, like an order containing only one mousepad. On top of that, EMS generally involves significantly smaller duty-related fees (5-15 Euro) compared to services like DHL or UPS where they cost 15 Euro+. This is significant change for EU customers since mandatory VAT payment always incurs these fees regardless of the purchasing price.
The Trade-Offs:
- Slower Delivery: Expect a longer delivery window (could be10-20 days).
- Less Detailed Tracking: The package tracking may be less granular than what you're used to with DHL or UPS.
If you need your order fast, we still recommend DHL or UPS. However, if you can wait 10-20 days, EMS can be a powerful and wallet-friendly alternative for you!
